Biography
Hello my name is Matthew Hopkins,
It is a pleasure to see you have made it to my web page. I am a second generation artist, first generation tattoo artist who was taught art by my mother that spent 40 years of her life teaching art and also doing technical drafting and graphic art. Although I have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and Graphic design my true passion has always been tattooing. I have pursued my perfessional tattooing for over 20 years now and have found my true special gift is cover-ups. I am proficient in many of the styles of tattooing and excel in most of them. I find cover-up extremely rewarding for me and my clients.

Here at Fatt Matt's Tatts we pride ourself in staying update on all of our certifications and permits. In this industry you can never be too safe! There are so many scratchers out there that will tattoo for cheaper but are using unsafe practices. You as a tattoo client need to do your research it's not just about if the needle they are using on you is sterile or if the ink is sterile. It's also what that person is going to do with their waste after they are done tattooing you. Will it be disposed safely? Those people become a danger to the entire community.
I probaly use only the best products and safest technology available. My needle supply and many of my other products are solely purchased from Electrum Supply in Elkhart, In. I use only the finest pigment counts for long lasting color. Every tattoo I do is backed with a free touch-up within one year of the date of your tattoo. I draw everything digitally and use Ink jet stencil systems so I am capable of doing any flash or google design you can find. Or better yet you can let me custom design something for you and all custom designs require a deposit. Thank-You hope to hear from you soon! Fatt Matt
